This is a bike rider using motion. In order for the bike rider to move forward he has to push off the petal and the petals force pushes back and he keeps doing this cycle. This would be know as the Third Law Of Motion.

This is a swimmer. How does she move through the water? She uses the force and her hands and legs. She cups her hands and forces them into the water and she pushes the water through her fingers and the water pushes on her hand and she moves forward each time. She uses her legs to give a bit more power. This would be third law of motion.

This is a tennis play fixing to hit a ball. In order to hit the ball with power she uses her foot to push off the ground and the ground pushes back her on her foot making her go forward. The rest of the power would come from the arms of the woman. This would be third law of motion.

This is a horse rider as you can tell. What do you think this horse uses to get over the bars? This horse uses the force of herself and the ground. When the horse pushes off the ground she is giving an action force. The ground gives off a force that pushes the horse over the bars. The ground gives off the forces which is called the reaction force. This would be another example of the Newtons third law of motion.
