| When she is jumping the rope, she is changing the potential energy in her muscles to kinetic energy, that moves the body bones.

| The water is falling due to gravitational potential energy. When it is at the top of the ridge, it has gravitational potential energy. Then when it starts to fall, it changes into kinetic energy. |

| The man moving on the bike is kinetic energy. He is moving the bike with his muscles. His muscles get the energy from ATP which you get from food. He is also doing work on the bike. We use this in biology. |

| This ride is powered by a generator which is run by gas. The gas contains potential energy which is turned into kinetic energy to power the generator. The generator creates electricity that powers the ride. Energy is then transferred to you. Meaning energy is never created from scratch. |
