Camels are desert animals. 

  • Camels eat grass and Cactus and many other plants in the desert. They are consumers.
  • They can survive in the desert for a very long time because they store water in their body. They store water in special bags  inside their stomach.  
  • The hump on their back is full of fat and that  provides them with energy.

  • They eat other animals like hares.
